Isn’t eating healthy and exercising supposed to make you feel better? Because I’m pretty sure all it’s done is give me the flu.
And you’ll notice Captain You-Need-To-Lose-Weight doesn’t get up like normal healthy people and eat breakfast. Nope. He sleeps til 8.30, then goes to work without it.
